Refund not recieved

I ordered a "Groupon Goods GW X, One Easycap VHS to DVD converter" from groupon in NOVEMBER. I was only contact in the middle of January to say that the product was over-ordered and that the supplier did not have stock. I was told that I would recieve a refund, but have still not had any indication of when this will be?
