No Delivery after waiting 4 weeks with no reaon

On 10 January 2013 I ordered a Bike on Groupon, however I pleeded I could not receive delivery prior to the 3-4 week stipulated time period, although I received confirmation from the supplier of the Bike that it had been delivered to Groupon 2 days after I paid for it.
4 Weeks later, no Bike, no delivery and nobody to complain to. None of the staff can direct me to senior management or even tell me who it is. middle management refuses to give out a simple email adress of the MD in South AFrica to take it up with. They where very quick to offer a refund, clearly not understanind the issue is not the PAYMENT, but the lack of delivery.
I eventually opted to get refunded because they offered me another bike that they can order, but I would have to wait another 3-4 weeks. I have sent a letter of compaint to all the relevant info lines and management but to date have not received a single reply. Groupon. Reference 649347
