I purchased 2 Sports MP3 players which I received. When I lifted the 1 from its packaging, the one earpiece fell apart. The following day (9.04.2013) I e-mailed groupon in this regard and they gave me an SOS (#736958) number.
on the 10th April, they send me an e-mail to rate their services. How can you rate a service if the problem has not been resolved? Now I'm sitting with a MP3 player which I have paid for, but cannot be used due to a broken earpiece.
it would be appreciated if the product can either be replaced or my money to be refunded please
