Delivery of incomplete product and then no refund!

Amazing how Groupon wants to be paid with REAL money, but only refund Groupon CREDITS when they up! Very convenient! I ordered an underwater MP3 player WITH ARMBAND. Received the MP3 player, but not the armband! Immediately e-mailed and phoned! 6 weeks later I get refunded 150 CREDITS! What a joke! I paid R799-00 of REAL MONEY! The call centre agents promise to phone back, but they never do. The phone line conveniently "drops" when you ask for reference numbers - and the agents that I was speaking to are called Pashir, Yusuf and Tauriq!!! This was for my daughters birthday - a lot of money - then I had to buy something else on credit, waiting in good faith for Groupon to refund me REAL money so that I can clear my credit card! Thank goodness for other sites like City Slicker and Wicount where customers get treated like customers! Goodbye Groupon!!!
