I have purchased a shake 'n take juicer from Groupon 6 August 2013. I received a faulty one which was replaced with another faulty juicer a month later. After several e-mails and phone calls trying to get my money refunded and the juicers returned I have had no joy from Groupon. Instead I was passsed onto their supplier Calasca whom I couldn't get hold of because their website was not working. So now 5 months later I am stuck with 2 broken juicers which I cannot use. All I want is for my money to be refunded. Its a simple request. I don't understand why it is so difficult for them to resolve this issue??
