I purchased a groupon in December for my girlfriend which was intended to be a gift however upon calling to book a date i was told i cant book in December as they were soon closing for the December period i should call back in January as they were not prepared to book in advance for the following year.
So I did and called back in January when they tell me they are fully booked and they are not prepared honor the groupon and I must sort this matter out with Groupon
However if i call and made a regular appointment they can help me and it is this that i find disgusting
why do they discriminate now against the groupon which initially brought them business
