Liquid Wallpaper renege's on commitments

I purchased a Groupon voucher for a Liquid wallpaper application. I placed a call to book an appointment and was asked to send an email with my voucher. After a week... I had not heard from the supplier. I called again and was told that another person was responsible for my area. I sent an email to that person requesting a booking and called 3 times - did not receive a single response to my emails or phone messages. Calls were never answered or returned. After another week, I called the person whose details appear on my voucher - he said that he could not help as he was not able to service my area. Also refused to divulge the details of the franchise owner - I was told that this is not company policy. Liquid wallpaper should not sell vouchers if they are not able or willing to supply the service. Terrible service and attitude. Will not use them again!!!
