I bought the spice rack promotion at the end of November 2012 as a Christmas gift. (was advertised as one and said delivery could take up to 4 weeks)
i emailed groupon in the first week of Jan and again on the 30th of Jan to complain about late delivery. Both times I got a generic email back (word for word the same) and they dont solve the problem.
It is now 4 months later and still no word from them as to when it will be here or why it is late!
It is by far the most pathetic service I have received from any company in my life.
