I placed an order for a spice rack as a Christmas Gift on the 26 November 2012. Payment was made on the same date. I e-mailed on the 21 December to find out if delivery would take place before Christmas and was told that the deal closed on the 30 November and delivery would take place 4 weeks after that. Subsequently I have called Groupon on the 7th January to find out the status, to be told that there was a slight issue with the supplier but payment was made and delivery would take place. I am now headed for 10 weeks with no product. I have e-mailed on the 4, 7, 15, 21, 23, 25, January and had no response? Does Groupon not value their customers. It is disgusting the level of service they provide with no communication back to the client. They should not promise a 4 week delivery period if they cannot stick to it, they clearly need to learn and take a feather out of kalahari's book on how service should be delivered. I am extremely angry and feel like I might get this by Christmas this year. Groupon should be handed over to the consumer protection counsel as in my view this is like daylight. To date I still await a response? Heaven help the gifts for valentines day!!!
