TAKE MY ORDER AND MY MONEY, NO PRODUCT NO SERVICE

I PURCHASED A GROUPON FOR FISH ON THE ROCKS WHICH EXPIRED AFTER WHICH THEY GAVE ME CREDIT. ON 15/11/2012 I PURCHASED A CORDLESS PHONE WITH THE CREDIT AND ADDED MY OWN MONEY. AFTER MONTHS OF ME PHONING THEM, THEY EVENTUALLY TOLD ME THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN MY ORDER AS THEY NEVER HAD ENOUGH STOCK. NOW, FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS LATER, I HAVE NO PHONE AND NO MONEY. EVERY TIME I PHONE THEM, THEY PROMISE TO SORT IT OUT THE NEXT DAY, AND THAT OBVIOUSLY NEVER HAPPENS. I AM CLAIMING A FULL CASH REFUND PLUS THE INTEREST I AM BEING CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD AND I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM GROUPON AGAIN!!!
