On the 19th April, I purchased a voucher from Groupon for a deal of a Mike Coffee Table from 5Rooms. On the 5Rooms website there were intructions which I followed to order. A week later I'm now told that the order was not done properly and that there's no stock available of the colour I was looking for. My irritation with this whole matter is that on the Groupon website, one has the ability to select a colour they are looking for. Couldn't there have been a limit as to the number of orders done so that those who have bought are guaranteed their products. Now I'm sitting with a Groupon voucher with no table to show for it because people didn't have the decency to ensure what was ordered can be matched to the stock that's available. I'm extremely disappointed with the response I received from 5 Rooms as they can't even guarantee to place me another order. So according to them it's my loss. I now have cash stuck as groupon points because I can't withdraw cash and THIS WILL BE MY 4th IF NOT 5TH CANCELLATION of a Groupon DEAL.WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
