Recently purchased vouchers off Groupon. After using the first voucher it was clear we could not use the second. We nearly ended up in the emergency room after a substandard treatment at a Spa where they clearly did not know what they are doing or have the qualifications. Using the second voucher would have put us at medical risk. Groupon are now refusing to reimburse cash. This is against CPA and is also clearly a for groupon to rake the profit!!!
