I am highly disappointed in the service I am receiving from Groupon. I made two payments in December for an e-reader and ice-cream maker and up to date I did not receive anything, no goods and no money back. Several e-mails were send and phone calls were made and still nothing. Just some response will be a help. Why is it so difficult so help a customer. You are quick to take the money, but nothing after that. I am sure Groupon can do better than this!!
