It seems like the only way to get a decent response from Groupon is through 'Hello Peter'. I have dealt with Kelly regarding a refund, communication then stopped and I've tried to email again with no response. I have another refund which two separate amounts are due to me; one in the account and one on the Groupon account. Chi-chi says the the money has been credited to both accounts, but i do not find them. I have emailed again asking about both my queries and no response. Groupon is very quick to take money, but to refund something then it's a big mission!!! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!
