Pathetic Service

Im not even going to waist my time writing about what happened, again, to me with Groupon.
The only reason I made use of Groupon was because they have money of mine, which was a refund from a previous shocking experience, that I would lose if I didn't use it. Otherwise Groupon would never see me again.
And you guessed it, again pathetic service.
I did not want to go the route of Hellopeter but after several attempts to sort this out with Groupon, there has been no action. So maybe this will help.
