After almost four months my orders have still not been delivered. After a number of enquiries including a few Hellopeter reports, Groupon sends the same standard report stating they will get back to me soon but they never did. Now Groupon didn't even respond to my last Hellopeter report I sent on 13 March 2013. After brousing through the number of Groupon complaints on Hellopeter I'm almost conveinced that Groupon deliberately takes us for ride and it might be a good idea to escalate this to institutions like the consumer commission. I have a number of items still not delivered. I could have used this money on other important things.
