Billed for a groupon never used!

Hi, I've purchased a Groupon deal back in August 2012 (Groupon-128F61CC3F). Unfortunately, I was unable use it and so I requested a cancellation of the transaction on my credit card within the 7 days cancellation period. After this matter was supposedly deemed to be resolved (Request #623241) I happened to be billed not once but TWICE the same amount for this Groupon never used especially after I received confirmation it had been successfully cancelled. After complaining about this to the customer service, here's the response I received from Nerice Heyburgh & Cheryl Nhlumayo on January 2nd 2013 which clearly shows that they never took the time to read the content of my e-mail, cross check the facts/investigate and escalate it to the relevant people:

Good Day, Thank you for your email, and festive greetings. Let us take the this time to apologize for this delay as we have had a backlog of emails due to the festive season. We are trying to attend to all queries as fast as possible, however we do require your help. Please advise if your query has been attended to, if not we will address this matter as soon as we can receive a response.

No feedback received from them til this day.
