A refund of R798, 00 due to me still outstanding

On the 31 January 2013, i phoned Genesis and spoke to Nisha in connection with the R399 deducted from my savings account for the month of October and November 2013 (i.e R798, 00). I again phoned Nisha on the 01 February 2013 and she informed me that she has forwarded my documents to the Admin department for processing. On 03 February 2013, i again phoned and spoke to Nisha and she told me that the my documents are with the Admin department and i will be refunded within seven days. I also phoned on n umeruos occassions and i was promised that my monies will be refunded but to no avail. I was phoning Nisha on (031) 301-6573 and also a guy by the name of Kuben on 084 632 3808.

On 25 March 2013, I spoke to Felicia and she told me that she will make sure i get my refund and promise to get back to me but that never happened.

Genesis call center is always unaivail hence its called a acll center.
