STILL NO REFUND

I HAVE COMPLAINED AND COMPLAINED BUT CLEARLY GROUPON HAS NO INTENTIONS OF EVER REFUNDING ME. IT CAN'T TAKE OVER A MONTH JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK. NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME. THE ONLY THING I EVER GET IS A STUPID EMAIL THAT THE MONEY HAS BEEN REVERSED INTO MY ACCOUNT BUT TO THIS DATE, NOTHING. I AMS SO TIRED OF REQUESTING WHAT BELONGS TO ME FROM THESE PEOPLE. AND THEY ARE LIKELY TO RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT AND SAY THEY ARE PROCESSING MY REQUEST WHICH THEY KNOW IS A BUNCH OF! A WHOLE FLIPPING MONTH JUST TO PAY ME BACK! IS THIS MONEY TRAVELLING FROM OUT OS SPACE BY TRAIN IF I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG!!!
