One month and still no refund

I purchased a item thereafter was notified that it will only be delivered in 4 weeks, i immediately cancelled order as i was going on holiday within the week only to return a month later, i was promised a refund within 14 days but too my surprise i am still waiting for refund one month later with no communication from any staff. i am appalled with the lack of customer service.
