I have been waiting for a refund on a groupon that was cancelled 3 months ago.
Request#626074 "Voucher code: 0020112XHV" has been open for 3 months now! Despite several requests for the refund, your brain-dead refunds team responds with an email asking if they should proceed with the refund.
I have purchased an item from groupon tonight so your offer of a voucher is too late!
Kindly refund the money paid for Voucher code: 0020112XHV to my bank account.
