I tried to liaise with the support team since the 11 of February via email. Three Zendesk tickets were logged.
Tickets: #714804, #718355 and #719556
These tickets were assigned to and closed by Waseema Peters and two other operators with no feedback provided to the client being myself.
I would hope that my requests were not being deliberately ignored as a result of a complaint that a logged on Hellopeter recently.
I look forward this matter being dealt with according and the abovementioned tickets opened and only closed when the issue has been resolved and feedback provided to me.
