Refuses to refund me

On 06 May 2013, a friend and I bought get-away deals - one from my groupon account and one from hers but both payments made from my banking account (R375 X 2). Made bookings with supplier whom confirmed fully booked until 2014 . We had to cancel the deals, Groupon finally paid for one deal after a month. Now I'm struggling to get them to pay the other deal- they have confirmed that payment was made to a friends account numerous times which is a lie. I have sent them an email threatening to log a complaint with Hellopeter but no ever bothered to respond. Its been almost 3 months trying to get the R375 back from them. I'm really dissapointed with Groupon.
