In February I contacted Groupon regarding one of their suppliers and i was told that i woud get a refund. -1 week later i called agian and spoke top Chantal and she said the girl i spoke to did not put through a refund request but she (Chantal) will open one and the money will be paid in 3 - 5 days. Today (12 March) I called again and spoke to Lunga and was that the person responsible for the refunds are no longer doing it and i was pushed back in the line.
What is going to be next week's excuse.
