In Dec 2013 i bought a Groupon voucher for the massage, i paid using my debit card, when we called the service provider it was discovered that they are not situated in Pretoria but on the advertisement they were ad vertised as if they situated in Pretoria. I further requested refund which i was told the groupon will not be able to pass the refund as the service provider has already redeem the voucher. I spoke to the service provider and the voucher was cancelled. When groupon was supposed to refund my bank account they passed the credit into groupon account. I have been communicating with them from last year December with no proper feedback.
