I bought tickets for the Guguletu Jazz Festival which never materialised, called Groupon on the 4th November 2013 for a cash refund to which I was told I am given a credit voucher. Told Zimbini one of their consultants I am not interested in a credit voucher I want a cash refund. She promised to get back to me but never did.
Called GroupOn again spoke to Ganeefa, she asked for all the relevant info to refund me, which I e-mailed to her but that too got nowhere.
Called them again spoke to Shenief asking when are they depositing my money, she told me they will be depositing the money Tuesday/Wednesday it will 5 days to reflect on my account. Am still waiting up until now.
