Goods ordered Dec 2012 and still waiting

I ordered a butterfly pendant in Dec last year and after 2 emails requesting date of delivery i to date still have not received my order ref #638846 "0010120GUR"
I too ordered a HP Camera on the 25/01/2013 and i am wondering if it will also take 3 months for delivery.. by that time 2 new models would have already been released, .
If this is going to be the case please inform your customers upfront so that we have the opportunity of cancelling the order. As it stands you as GROUPON is making good interest on all the money collected and sitting in your bank account

I am urgently awaiting feedback
