I posted the complaint below and it was resolved, money reversed and R200 credits offered as a goodwill payment, however the credits do not work
I made 2 purchases from Groupon
My experience is that of total disregard for service and business ethics
Purchase 1 : Ticket # 639319- booked for a spar treatment supplier fully booked - they cannot honor agreement- Groupon fails to do a refund after requesting the same- they ignore communication.
Purchase 2: Ticket # 621748- goods purchased 3 months ago- still not delivered - they ignore requests
I am tired of logging requests with no resolve. I will either refer this matter to the consumer council or via Legalwise and will also request goodwill for the aggravation I had to endure
