BILLED FOR UNDELIVERED VOUCHERS

I bought 2 x 8 laps Buggy Park Go-karting vouchers for R248.00 with Groupon on 27 December 2012 - Ref. GRPZAR123B90. No vouchers were loaded on my account since then. On my first enquiry (3Jan2013), I spoke to Ulrich Absolom who requested that I email him proof of payment - which I sent at 12h19. I sent him reminders of reminders unsuccessfully. On 18Jan2013 I called again and was transferred to Clyde Lewis who also requested proof of payment with my banking details for a refund - I emailed so to him at 09h30. I also emailed him reminders of reminders without any responses. Up to this date, I still have not been refunded by Groupon SA for the R248 I deposited into their account for the vouchers I never received. My last email was sent to them on 6 February 2013. IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT WHEN YOU CALL GROUPON SA, YOU WAIT FOR NOTHING LESS THAN 30 MINUTES FOR YOUR CALL TO BE ANSWERED/TRANSFERRED. CALLING THEM IS TIME CONSUMING & COSTLY.
