Hi,
On April the 30th, i booked 9 vouchers, for everyone in my office for go kart at buggy park.
but when i tried to book a date i found out that i can not, due to a relocation to another place (supposably),
when i emailed groupon they gave me a refund without any explanations.
i feel like i been, i bought 9 vouchers that i have no idea if they are genuine and now i got credit at a company i can't even trust.
Please explain to me.
1) how can you sell vouchers i can't use?
2) how come i am not allowed a refund?
