I sent Groupon 2 emails requesting refunds for all my unused vouchers.
1 X Maharajas platter
2 x Winestyle vouchers (purchased 3 and only used 1)
I was told that all my vouchers were redeemed, I emailed back to say definitely not as I did not attend. The response I received was a copy and paste of the original email that groupon sent me.
Unacceptable customer services, It seems I only get suitable feedback when I complain on Hellopeter.
