My fiance & I went to Bowl Restaurant for a romantic dinner evening, which turned out to be a nightmare of an evening. Upon arrival, they asked us to wait while they prepare the table. As i attempted to order pre drinks at the bar, the lady disappeared without taking my order. We were then called to our unorganised table at 7pm. At 7.30pm they waitress made an appearance to take our drinks order.By the table beside us, there was a wedding which had gone sour, the bride swearing & offending the groom, no one made an attempt to have them removed, rather let all the guests get frustrated. Our starter was ok, the main was bad. My fiance ended up with a huge piece of fat on his plate. When i asked for the manager, the waitress said he had already gone home. There were only 2waitresses, one of which was new & could not help much. Both of them always confused, seemed as if they had no experience in waitressing. Not cool for a restaurant above a hotel. We felt neglected as guests, horrified by the food, and can honestly say it was the worst experience ever. We discovered Bowl Restuarant on groupon. No wonder, running specials only because they cant fill their restaurant -> I wonder why
