I purchased a voucher on the 25/02/13 from Group On. I have not received the voucher, neither have they bothered to give an status update to customers affected. Your contact centre ppl dont have definite answers to the problem, wont allow me to speak to a manager and tell me that i will only know Friday. I do not care whether your deal with your supplier fell through, you should have finalized the deal prior to taking customers money. i want a answer now!!! a real one!!!
