I purchased a MSC Cruise via Groupon for a weekend in January. I took the deal up and paid the same day. I used the correct reference and the payment was 7 days prior to the deal closing.
When I inquired about voucher a few weeks later they notified me that the deal did not go through (don't really know the reason) and that they will give me the refund.
This is not what I want as I gave it to someone as a present and buying directly from MSC now will cost me more.
I would love a real explanation plus what will they do in future to prevent this. Maybe you should communicate to your customers a day prior to the deal closing if something is outstanding or went wrong.
This is not the first bad experience with Groupon and I don't know if I should ever use this avenue of purchasing again as there is to many excuses.
Fix your admin or I think you will loose allot of customers!!!
