No reference number for purchase made

I bought a deal several days ago and sent an enquiry to ask for banking details and the reference number to make payment. Yet I only received the banking details and not the reference number so I can't make payment, mails that I have sent are being ignored. Please assist as I would not like to lose this deal?? Thank you
