I am so dissappointed in the service I received from groupon. I bought a photography voucher 2 weeks ago within the prescribed time limit and they failed to allocate my payment in time even though I called them almost everyday to follow up and sent them my proof of payment. They then refused to give me this voucher stating that the supplier refused, unbeknown to them I had spoken to the supplier and she advised me that no one from Groupon had called her. Group on staff had. Nazley then promised that I would receive the voucher yesterday as the supplier had agreed to issue me with the voucher. I called the supplier and she confirmed that she spoke to Nazley and Nazley would send me the vouchers. Today Nazley sends me an email stating that she cant provide the voucher and she is refunding me. I am so tired of their, i do not want a refund, I want my voucher which I bought and was promised to me. I spent so much money and time trying to resolve this and they are still pushing me around.
