Whats the point of having a call centre to assist with product enquiries if they dont know anything. I just called the call centre now to enquire about the booster car seats vs adjuster seats vs f1 seats. I spoke eto ASH (female) who was not very helpful. I was more confused after speaking to her than what i was before calling in. In addition to that, she was not very friendly. its a monday morning. Insead of soundinh fresh and eager to help me, it sounded as if though its her last hour of working a night shift! depondent, like its an effort and as if though i am an! she deals with this on a daily basis. I DONT!!! your staff should get their act together!
