Quick to sell... Awful after sales service

I purchased a tobi steamer in June 2013. I was unable to use this product because the 2 pin plug does not fit into any 2 pin plug adaptor that I have - and I tried many. It eventually fitted into a plug but would heat up and then switch off within seconds. Eventually, desperate to use my steamer --- I changed the 2 pin plug and fitted in a 3 pin plug thinking it was the plug that wasn't securely plugged and still this steamer does not work. I requested assistance from Groupon and the 10th September 2013, my faulty Tobi Steamer was collected from me. Todate, i have not received any feedback from Groupon or a refund or a replacement steamer.

I have spoken to Vinoth / Nazeema / Taariq and they make promises to follow up -- but never keep their promise. Today i was told to call Calasca - the company that supplie dthe product, but their website is as faulty as the steamer!!!
