I request that a manager, not a call centre agent, phone me asap.
I have been phoning the call centre, emailing support and people at groupon directly.
I have only received empty promises and HUGE delays when it comes to replies on my emails.
I have queried about 3 products purchased, all in one email, i receive feedback that the supplier is out of stock? ON WHICH ITEM? How can you work in customer service, but don't even have the skill to reply to an email properly???
A colleague of mine purchased the same item 3 day AFTER i did and he received his purchased 2 WEEKS ago, to the same delivery address?
I feel the entire system is broken and the are running around like headless chickens to try and deal with issues. This is BAD and i personally will never purchase a shady-DEAL from Groupon ever again!
What happened to CUSTOMER SERIVCE???
