GrouponSa is incompetent

I ordered an item which cost R499, i deposited R500 to their account, then i emailed they responded the following day, then a day later they told me my deposit was rejected by the system, fine. They said they were gonna refund me, cool, I asked them what will happen to my order, they didn't respond to that instead they wanted my bank details, i sent them the details, then they kept quiet again, i had to post on their facebook page for them to get back to me again about the situation, then Monday they told me the refund is being processed i will get within the next 3 to 5 working days. It's Thursday and no one has contacted me and update me about whats going on, and according to their facebook page it seems like something like this happens on regular basis.
