Gaming Cartel no answer or reply on order placed

Last year in the beginning of December I ordered an item from [URL Removed] Just after I placed my order I received a email saying that the item is not in stock and would arrive January. Mid Jan I emailed and got no reply, I then phoned them and the guy that answered the phone said they got an update on it and will send everyone a email on Monday. Monday came and went. Since then I have emailed them again, sent them a tweet and posted on their Facebook Page. Their number is now gone from their website. I have not heard anything from them and can only assume they have closed down and run away with my money. Until then, this is all I know. I will update if I ever hear from them.
