Failure to refund custome

After many e-mails between Groupon and myself, and their constant confirmation that i would be refunded, nothing has happened. this has been on-going for a few months. they fail to answer their phones, e-mails and dont respond via their facebook page, they do not have a 'contact us' accounts query facility on their web page for me to handle my request discreetly.
