I bought three Groupon specials for a manicure and pedicure. I utilised one of the three vouchers and when I tried to use the other two I was informed that the service provider had subsequently closed down.

I sat on the phone for over 40 minutes calling a Cape Town number at my own expense. I was then told by the call centre operator that my concern would be looked into by the Groupon team and that should I be correct about the service provider closing down I would be creditted the money of the outstanding vouchers within 2 days.

After two days, nothing had happened. I called back and waited a long time once again to get through to the call centre. This agent told me that there had been progress on my query and that the money had been moved to Groupon credits. I was furious as I had requested on the first phonecall that the money be creditted to my bank account - and I had been assured that it would be. This second agent assured me once again that she would try and log it to be creditted to my bank account from the groupon account.

Tonight after weeks of no results I am complaining on this website to try and get some results from Groupon.
