BAD GROUPON EXPERIENCE

I purchased an Apachie blue tooth handsfree kit from Groupon.
I was not satisfied with the product, as it was not working properly. I informed them a day after I received the product.
After numerous calls on my part to Groupon in Cape Town, every operator I spoke to explained a different procedure on how a return should be handled.
The product was eventually collected from me by Groupon, but it is almost a month now and I have NOT RECEIVED my refund. I have spent more TIME and money phoning to CAPETOWN than what the product is actually worth.

I have unsubscribed from Groupon and will never support or use them again as they are incompetent (don't know what the refund procedure is) and I am getting no JOY from them.

Every time I phone the call centre, the put me on hold for at least 5 minutes to try and figure out what is going on.

Bad experience for me.
