I purchased a Groupon voucher in December that implied that I was buying nine 10 x 10cm photo canvases when in fact I was purchasing one 30 x 30cm canvas with nine photo's on it. Due to Groupons vague and misleading 'deal' they agreed to refund me.
After they eventually got around to responding to my email they promised to refund me in 3 - 5 working days, this was four weeks ago and i've received nothing. I've phoned them a few times and when i'm lucky enough to get through they have promised to sort out the problem but have failed to do so!
I am very unhappy with Group'' SA's service!
