I am disgusted by the service Groupon SA, it's suppliers and staff provide. I have bought the Bubbins Deal - 10x10cm photo canvas at the beginning of December 2012. I transferred all photos on the 10.December as indicated in the instructions to redeem. It said 10 days delivery! Nothing so far and after several emails and phone calls to Groupon SA Support line false promises and I NEVER get a response to my emails.

Subsequently I asked for a refund and was promised by some Groupon agent that this would be instructed, this was on the 1.February and she promised to send an email confirming this. NOTHING! I have sent another email on the 4. Feb and today. SO FAR NO RESPONSE! This is the worst service I have ever received. Nobody even bothers to contact me. Groupon SA has lost a customer and I will do my best to warn people about the lack of service from Groupon SA! Management must take responsibility for this!
