Good Day

I am very dissapointed in Groupon, i purchased a 20 page photobook on the 3 december 2012 and still havent received my voucher number to redeem my photobook. I have received my confirmation from them stating that i have paid for the book but when calling them they say that the deal was closed, but the deal opened on the 3rd of December, i made payment on the 3rd at 12:00 at ABSA bank and as soon as i came from the back i faxed them the proof of payment. Now the want to refund my money but it cost me how phone calls to them and how many emails an no one can assist me. Yesterday i called again and spoke to Zulfa she explained that the deal was close and that someone will send me an email to confirm my banking details i'm still waiting and i told them i dont want to be refunded i want my photobook which was paid in 5 working days as stated on the ad. I hope you will be able to assist me and sort out this mess cause it's going in for the 3rd months now. Thank you so much.
