None delivery of item bought online

I'm very disappointed with Groupon, I bought a purple nite-nite turtle for a Christmas present for my child on the 23rd of November 2012, till this day I have not received it. I have sent countless emails to their help desk to query the order, all I get is an acknowledgement of receipt for the query and some reference number, no one has bothered to get back to me. I have waited over 10 weeks. If they can't give me what I have ordered then they must refund my R245 I paid for it.
