BAD SERVICE FROM GROUPON FOR THE 2ND TIME

Has anyone else experienced horrendous service from groupon? This is now my second time in 2 months, it's ridiculous not sure how they are still around! I ordered the baby bullet food processor from them in November, they said it would arrive in January, it is now the middle of February and after countless emails and people telling me they will get back to me, still nothing! You charged me more than Daddy's deals charges and your service is freaking pathetic! Either contact me back and get my processor delivered to me in the next 2 days or provide me with a refund! I am going to be putting this onto Hello Peter too as I think the more people that know that Groupon are quick to take your money but not provide you with your goods the better! 2nd time now. Oh and ps. don't try phoning to actually speak to someone - if there are 45 people in the queue you will wait 45 minutes!
