I paid for 8 items in November (R1900) with the understanding it will be delivered at my doorstep. After how many hours on the phone, explanations and promises by Groupon call centre - nothing has yet arrived.
My client has paid me in Dec already and I couldn't deliver in time - She is still waiting for me to deliver - The last promise was it will be delivered on Friday 8 Febr - Still???
Who do I need to speak to - to get Groupon to keep to their promises?
